On receipt of your delivery you have 14 days to apply for a refund. If you have not contacted us within this period, we cannot off you a refund or exchange. Please not that all of our chocolates and truffles have shelf life of approximately 10 days from the date of dispatch. Other products may have a longer shelf life. Please look at the individual packaging to find a use by date. We recommend that chocolates not be left outdoors or exposed to extreme temperatures.
Please always check your delivery is correct and in good condition when received. If there is an error or you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received please contact us by email at or by phone 07395 838 897 . In order to process a refund you will need to provide proof of purchase with your application. On receiving your application we will swiftly assess it. If successful we will fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction, providing we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the product.
When approved we will contact you via an email to confirm its approval and we will issue a refund to the card or other payment method that was used at the time of purchase
